All services provided are governed by the General Terms of Business 2024 of Polish Shipbrokers and Port Operators, accessible here.

The aforementioned terms delineate our liability concerning the loss, degradation, or harm to goods, capped at 2 SDR per kilogram or 666.67 SDR per package or unit. Our liability, inclusive of ordinary negligence and regulatory claims, is explicitly disclaimed, and all liability limitations remain applicable even in instances of gross negligence. Our liability is consistently constrained to a maximum of SDR 25,000 for any single event resulting in loss or damage. All claims are subject to a 10-month statute of limitations from the due date of the claim. We retain a lien for present and past claims, with interest accruing at a rate of 2% per month or partial month. Offsetting against our receivables is precluded. Acting as intermediaries in our broker or agent capacities, we are to be indemnified against any losses incurred during the execution of our services. Disputes are to be adjudicated in the Maritime and Commercial High Court of Gdansk in accordance with Polish law.
